the great ALCONBURY - Hardstand Explosion Before our Horham Airbase was constructed, the 95th BG parked their planes with the Airbase at Alconbury, England. This Huge Explosion is one of our most memorable on-ground moments. |

LAST PLANE DOWN memorial service - May 7th, Dayton, OH Next to Wright Patterson AF Base, behind the US AIR FORCE NATIONAL MUSEUM is the beautiful 95th BG Monument. Here at 10am we honor the last B-17 shot down in WW2 with a very fine ceremony. |
